Bitcointalk is debating Bitaxe lottery mining. Here is the calculator.
Tiny Bitcoin miners are fun because the odds are real, terrible, and easy to misunderstand.
A Bitcointalk thread about Bitaxe miners landed on the exact reason Block Odds Labs exists: these tiny Bitcoin miners are not profit machines, but they are not fake either.
A Bitaxe Gamma around 1.2 TH/s is technically capable of finding a Bitcoin block. The catch is that the odds are lottery-level, and small tuning changes can feel bigger than they really are.
That is why I like measuring the whole setup instead of chasing the highest hashrate screenshot. Hashrate matters, but so do watts, heat, rejects, difficulty, fees, electricity cost, and hardware payback.

Question for Bitaxe and NerdMiner owners: would you rather see the calculator default toward stable long-term settings, or max-push lottery settings?
